Beat Willie
To beat Willie in Chicago collect the bottles on the counter and destroy all the lights above Willie. Then shoot a bottle at Mac and he'll fall on Willie and beat Willie.
Kick
Punch 3 times to perform a kick.
Infinite Lives
In the Chicago level, open a sewer cover with a gray wrench. Collect the two extra lives, leave the sewer, then return. Collect the lives again and repeat to collect an unlimited number of lives.
