At the main menu hold l and x square circle circle circle triangle square x.
Unlock Boost And DJ
At the Main Menu, press R, L, L, L, L, R, Circle, Square, Up.
Unlock Bonus Speedway Reversed Track
To enter a cheat code goto the main menu and hold L. The code is X, Square, Triangle, X, Triangle, Square while holding L at the main menu.
Past All Levels
Circle(3), R1(2), X(3).

Boost
Defeat Boost during story mode.
Wingo
Defeat Wingo during story mode.
Chick
Defeat Chick during story mode.
DJ
Defeat DJ during story mode.
Sheriff
Win the Gran Prix Cup 2.
Snot Rod
Defeat Snot Rod during story mode.
Alternate Paint Colors
Beat the goal time for one of the following tracks in Time Trial mode to unlock an alternate paint color for the indicated car. A different color will be unlocked depending on if you finish in first, second or third place.

Turbine Canyon: Shortcut
The first shortcut is where there is about five or six obstacles. Jump or drive over them.
