Beat the game (good ending) and enter your name in as Richter. Good ending= Beating Inverted castle

Obtain a saved game file as described in the "Play as Richter Belmont" code. Then, start a new game and enter X-X!V" as a name. Note: There are two apostrophes in the name. You will now begin with increased intelligence but decreased strength.
Obtain a saved game file as described in the "Play as Richter Belmont" code. Then, start a new game and enter AXEARMOR as a name. You will now begin the game with the blue armor that transforms your character into the axe-wielding blue knight.
Obtain a saved game file as described in the "Play as Richter Belmont" code. Then, start a new game and enter X-X!V"Q as a name. Note: There are two apostrophes in the name. You will now begin with luck set to 99.

This only works if you have the mist. (So for all of you who don't have the mist you might want to find it). If you fight a hard boss or monster change into the mist as soon as possible. Once engaged in battle just float around in the air (if you have the special item that allows the mist to stay in the air longer). But keep a close eye on your magic bar. If you run out of magic let it rebuild while you think of a strategy to kill the enemy.
First, activate the bat card once you have it. Use the bat card to help you defeat some enemies, and after a while, the familiar will level up (to check familiar level, go to Familiars in your menu screen). After 25 or so levels, transform into the bat. A small heart will pop up above the bat familiar's head, and a SECOND bat familiar will fly on screen. As soon as you transform into Alucard, the second bat will fly away. Level your familiar up some more to gain even more extra bats. So far I have 4 extra bats.
When you are playing using Richter at the first part, (Final stage:BLOODLINES) defeat Dracular without maria's help, in other words, kill both of his kind without losing your life. Then, when you are usind Alucard, Get the Holy Rod, Gladius or Alucard sword. Then equip it you can see that Alucard can hit 50% higher than a usual attack.
Once you have beaten the game with the alotted percentage (190% I believe..), that game should have the words 'CLEAR' in the box when you are ready to load the game. Start a new game with the name AXEARMOR for the blue armor that is only avalible with this code (you will turn into an axe wielding armor lord when you equip it). Do the same thing with two other games. Use the code X-X!'' to gain higher intelligence (with decreased strength), and X-X!''Q to start with 99 luck and a Lapis Lazuli item (but with terrible stats). The only problem with these last two codes, is that there's a pretty big sacrifice to certain things when you use them.
This is the ultimate hint for defeating a bunch of enemies at once, or killing a single strong one. Buy the Iron Shield, or get it from one of the Flying Gaurds in the Bell Towers. Then, get the shield Rod in Olrox's Section of the castle, in the room full of lots of enemies. Now this is the fun part. Equip both, and press Left and Right hand, or Circle and Square, at the same time. You will love the effect it gives. Works with all shields, each give off a different effect. The most laughable is the Alucart Shield. It temporarily reduces Intellegence.
At the outer-wall section of the castle, defeat the Armor Lord and go into the next room. Slash the far left wall, get the Meat, and stand in the wall you have broken for approximately twenty seconds. An elevator will take you into a secret room containing Jewel Knuckles and a Mirror Cuirass. Note: This trick brings you to the room that requires Mist to pass in the Outer-Wall. This also works with playing as Richter Belmont. Both can be used only in the normal castle.
Use the D-pad to alter the opening screen when "Now Loading" appears.
To get the special armor, Dacula's tunic, first make sure you equip the leapstone and any MP saving accessory. Go to the long library and go beneath the master librarian. Do several super jumps in succession (about 60 jumps). Keep doing this until you get the axearmor, followed by Dracula's tunic.
Play track two of the game disc in an audio CD player.
When "Now Loading" appears, use the D-pad to change the opening screen.
Begin a game with Alucard as a character. Press Start to display the statistics screen, then press L1.
Beat the game with a rating of over 190% with Alucard. Then, start a new game with Alucard without overwriting the previous game. Go to the Librarian to display a music select option in the "Buy/Sell" window.
Save a game with any of the following attributes: after the final battle in the game, into the middle section of the inverted castle, after beating the final villain, and marked as "clear". Then, start a new game and enter RICHTER as a name. Now you will play as Richter Belmont. Richter can not change forms or use armor, weapons, items, and magic. He can perform a super jump, a blade charging move, and use secondary weapons such as the throwing dagger, axe, and holy water.
