At the title screen, press R1, R1, R1, L1, L2, L3, R3, Up, Down, Start.

Easy Cash
Every time you go to the Cul-De-Sac, you can go to the sandbox in the park and have Ed get a quarter. If you did this correctly, you should see Ed throw air before he goes "Dig a hole, dig a hole, dig a hole! Dig a hole, dig a hole, dig a hole!
Jawbreakers
If you collect all of the jawbreakers from every level, including bonus levels and jawbreakers from the machine at the cul-de-sac, you will unlock cheats like being able to run faster.
Cheat Mode
Get a 100% game completion by collecting all the jawbreakers to unlock the "Unlimited Stealth", "Unlimited Damage", and "Fast Run" cheat options.
Unlockables & Awards
Rebel Robot Ranch Level
In Scams 4,5 and 6 dig a hole in the sandboxes to unlock the Rebel Robot Ranch level
