Found in Level 12. Note: You first have to beat the 3rd boss.
Camouflage Unit
Found in Level 11. Note: You first have to beat the 3rd boss.
Capture Range Expansion
Found in Level 20. Note: You first have to beat the 3rd boss.
Fixed Radar Unit
Found in Level 3. Note: You first have to beat the 3rd boss.
Item Boost Unit
Found in Level 18. Note: You first have to beat the 3rd boss.
Repair Unit
Found in Level 6. Note: You first have to beat the 3rd boss.
Sensible Shoes
Found in Level 8. Note: You first have to beat the 3rd boss.
Score Attack Mode
Find and capture the 1st pink Elebit

Unlock A Certain Level In The Level Editor
To do this, you've got to rank above a C in the level you want to unlock. If you get a B however, you are awarded the items in that level to use in any level you wish to edit.
