At the machine selection screen selection screen in grand prix mode, press L, R, Start, R, L, Select.
Get Jet Vermilion
To get this car, complete with ALL cars in the master class, Pawn, Bishop, Knight and Queen.

Easier Corners
When turning use the "L" and "R" buttons and that will kind of make a brake for that side. When you do this it will make those hard corners seem like baby stuff.
Hidden Demo Mode
At the title screen press select. You will see a demo mode for a perfect game.
Falcon Mk-II
To get Falcon MK-2 you need to beat you need to beat pawn, knight, bishop, and queen on expert.
Silver Thunder
To unlock Silver Thunder you need to beat queen on beginner.
Fighting Comet
To unlock the last car beat pawn, knight, bishop, and queen under beginner, standard, expert,and master.
Better Turning
When you make sharp turns (or any turns at all) use the "L" and "R" buttons. It's kind of hard to get used to the "L" and "R" buttons for people who play regular and color game boys, but it really helps when turning.
Boost
If you need a boost of speed during game play, hit both the "L" and "R" buttonds at the same time. You will go alot faster for a little while, but then you'll slow back down.
Crystal
Get the crystal machine. It turns the best out of the normal machines.
The Stingray
Beat Pawn, Knight, and Bishop on expert to unlock the Stingray.
Sly Joker
Beat Pawn, Knight, and Bishop on standard.
