2,000,000,000 Transfer Budget For Manager Mode
When you enter the transfer period, loan ANY player. Once you have got him, go to budget allocation and put the ratio to 100% wage budget. Then go and end the loan deal and send the loaned player back to his club. Once you have done that, return to budget allocation and choose any ratio you like. I recommend 60:40 transfer budget.
Easy Way To Score
In any game mode, during the game wait for the goalie to pick up the ball to punt it. With the closest player get in front of the goalie and hold "A" & "B", as the goalie goes to punt try to move towards the goalie using the sprint and the analog stick; while still holding on to "A" & "B". The goalie will eventually punt the ball into you and you have to run to the ball and score. NOTE: This takes some practice, also once you do it once or twice the better rated goalies will catch on and throw the ball out instead of punting.

Be a goalkeeper and last a whole season and when you fnish it you will get it.
