Cheat Mode
At one of the following screens, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, L1, R1 to activate various effects. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
Main tournament screen: Expert AI. While using trolling motor: Disable underwater view. While reeling line: Automatically reel line. While casting: Hide fish mood lens. While in all view in aquarium: Add ''Wreck of the Robot'' figure to aquarium. While at Free Fish mode time setting screen: Free Fish mode at night.
Hints, Tips, Tricks, Secrets, Glitches & Easter Eggs
Keep Line From Breaking
Work the drag and move rod moderately from side to side.
Catch Bigger Fish
Try fishing under bridges, use a deep-sinking lure. Brightly colored lure work best in the rain. The size of the fish you can bring in will depend on the size of your rod, reel and line strength. You can upgrade with tournament money.
Keeping Fish In Aquarium
After catching good fish in tournament mode, press X over the individual fish on the results list to keep it in your aquarium. Note: You can only have a maximum of ten fish in your aquarium.
