Beat all 8 tracks under "normal" and get an ending movie (credits).
Beat all 8 trcks under "easy" and get 4 new car groups - Toyota, Subaru, The New Dodge, and TVR.
Buy a car (the Dodge Viper GTS recommended) and do not make any tuning adjustments to it. Then, enter the Normal Car (Commercial Cars) championship. There are five races each with five laps, and for every race you win you will receive $50,000. Additionally, if you manage to come first in the championship, you will receive $100,000. Altogether, that makes a total of $350,000
The following bonuses are awarded in arcade mode after winning each track. Note: They must be done in A, B, and C order. Track Bonus High Speed Autumn Ring Trial Mountain Deep Forest Grand Valley East SS R5 Clubman Stage 5 Grand Valley Speedway Autumn Ring The New Dodge cars Deep Forest TVR cars SS R5 Toyota cars Grand Valley Speedway Subaru cars
Go to arcade mode and enter the Bonus Items option. You should see the letters A, B and C above each of the levels given. As you do the following, they will be covered with a blue, yellow, or red dot. To fill in the four big question marks, go back to the main arcade mode screen. Then, go to Single Race, choose any difficulty level, and place first in each of the four orinal levels with an A class car e.g., Mitsubishi GTO, A B class car e.g., Mitsubishi Eclipse, And a C class car (EX: Honda Civic 3-Door). After you done this, GO back to the Bonus Items menu And the four big question marks should be filled in with these levels: Autumn Ring, Deep Forest, SS R5, And Grand Valley Speedway. That totals eight tracks.
After finishing Gran Tourismo League you get the credits for arcade and simoulation mode, on the arcade mode disc.
Earn an International A license, then enter the GT League and win all four cups, including the GT World Cup. Alternatively, successfully complete all arcade mode tracks on the hard difficulty setting.
Enter arcade mode and finish in first place on all tracks, including the bonus tracks with any car. This must be done in A, B, and C class mode on the normal or higher difficulty setting. Then a "Staff Video" option will appear under "Bonus Items".
Get all gold medals in the B Class license test. Alternatively, finish in first in the UK vs. US championship.
Get all gold medals in the A Class license test.
Get all gold medals in the International A license test.
Play the game in arcade mode, exit, then enter simulation mode and save the game. By doing this, the arcade and simulation mode information is saved together, cutting the amount of memory card slots used by half.
Enter memory card battle mode. A message will appear stating that player one is loading and that no memory card was found for player two. Wait until the information has loaded for player one, then remove the memory card and insert it into the second memory card slot. The game will load data from that location and allow both players to participate in the memory card battle.
Purchase two identical cars. They may be given different color schemes if desired. Buy as many parts as desired for the first car. View the list of fitted parts of the first car from the garage. Then switch to the second car, get inside, and view its fitted parts list, which should be empty. While remaining in the second car, enter a spot race. At the qualify options, select "Machine Setting", then "Change Parts". All the parts from the first car should be available. Exit the race and return to the garage. View the list of fitted parts for both cars to see that all desired parts have been duplicated. Note: Only items available on the "Change Parts" menu may be duplicated. This trick will not work on cars that have been awarded.
