During gameplay (you can't be in a vehicle) enter: black, black, L, black, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up.
Flying Cars
During gameplay, press Right, Black, B, R, White, Down, L, R. Caution: You only fly for a short period!
Get Money
During the game play press the following: Black, Black, L, L, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.
Crazy Pedestrians
Press: Black, R, Y, A, White, L, Up, Down.
Full Armor
Black(2), L, White, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.
100 Health
Black, Black, Left Trigger, Right Trigger, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.
Don't Let Your Car Blow Up
When your car is smoking or is on fire, quickly press: Black(2), L, R, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. This should make your car stop smoking or put the fire out!
Faster Time Cheat
Press B(3), X(5), Left Trigger, Y, B, Y. This will automaticly speed up time.
Pedestrians Box Each Other
Press: Right, Black, B, R, White, Down, L, R.
Rainy Weather
During gameplay press the following: L, White, R, Black, Black, R, White, B.
Clear Weather
During the gameplay press the following: L, White, R, Black, Black, R, White, Y.
Invisible Cars
During the gameplay press the following: L, L, X, Black, Y, L, Y.
Get The Rhino Tank
During gameplay, but not while in a vehicle, press B(6), White, L, Y, B, Y.
Change Clothes
During the gameplay, press the following: Right, Down, Left, Up, L, White, Up, Left, Down, Right.
Lower Wanted Level
If you are in a tight situation during gameplay, then enter Black, Black, L, Black, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down and the police will be off you in no time.
Destroy All Cars
White, Black, L Button, R Button, White, Black, Y, X, B, Y, White, L Button.
Better Driving Skills
Press R button, L button, Black, L button, Left, R button(x2), Y.
Rhino Tank!!
B(6), Right Trigger, White, Left Trigger, Y, B, Y. If you entered this code correctly you will see a message apper, you will also here a crashing sound look around on the street and there is your Tank! Note do not put in code while driving it won't work.
Shot Off Limbs And Heads
Press: X, L, B, Down, L, R, Y, Right, L, A. *Note the cheat confirmation will not show up.*
Infinite Ammunition
To get unlimited ammunition, enable the "All weapons" code continuously until whatever you want is at 9999 shots. The next time your clip runs out, it will reload automatically but the magazine (9999) will stay the same.
Foggy Weather
During gameplay press the following: L, White, R, Black, Black, R, White, A.
Cloudy Weather
During the gameplay press the following: L, White, R, Black, Black, R, White, X.
Gore Mode
During gameplay, press X, L, B, Down, L, R, Y, Right, L, A.
Raise Wanted Level
Raise your wanted level by entering Black, Black, L, Black, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right during gameplay.
