Less Guards In Chapter 9: Retomoto Tower
When you have cleared the meeting, take the briefcase from Retomoto and about 10 secs later, guards will run in the door. Throw a grenade when the doors opens. There will be less guards. Kill the guards, fight your way down the stairs, when you get to the elevator, more guards come out of one of the elevators. Throw a tear gas grenade in the elavator and guards stay in the elavator.
