Get More Points On Levels
On any level, get your Mini-Marios close to door at the end (when you get them there). Enter them all at the same time to get a perfect chain. It is not good for points to enter one at a time while you have not even moved other Mini-Marios.
Mario Chain Bonus
Remember to get all of your Mario's to exit on right after the other to get the chain bonus, and if there is a gold Mario make sure he is last to get the biggest bonus.
Little Red Line
Any time during a battle with Donkey Kong where you have to spin the little wheel, you can press L or R and a little red line will pop up showing where Mario's will hit. You can do this as many times as you want, but the line only stays for 1 or 2 seconds!
Beat The Crab
When you get to the crab level with a crab sitting by the elevator and you cannot get him out. Well you have to make the crab get on to the elevater and then you can put your mini-marios into the door.
Jump With Mini Mario
To make any mini mario jump, slide the stylus up starting at the mario's body.
Stop Mini Mario
To stop a mini mario from moving, tap the stylus on that mario. To make that mario move again, tap that mario again.
Wind Up Ammo
On each floor, every mini mario that you get to the finish will be used in the boss battle with DK at the end of the level. The more mini marios you get to the finish, the higher the chance of beating DK.
Jumping Forward
To make any mini mario jump forward, move the stylus in an upward slanted line starting from the mario's body while that mini mario is moving.

To unlock this level, get at least 40 gold stars in any 40 levels in the Main Game.
Unlock Basement DK's Hideout B1
To unlock this level, get at least 40 silver stars in any 40 levels in the Main Game.
Unlock Toadstool Castle Construction Kit
To unlock this construction kit, complete the Floor 6 Toadstool Castle level.
Unlock Lava Dome Construction Kit
To unlock this construction kit, complete the Floor 5 Lava Dome level.
Unlock Special Construction Kit 3
To unlock this construction kit, reach the goal on the Shy Guy Smash! Minigame at the end of the Jungle Hijinks level.
Unlock Jungle Hijinks Construction Kit
To unlock this construction kit, complete the Floor 8 Jungle Hijinks level.

There is a different version of Shy Guy Smash! in every level to unlock. To unlock this minigame in any level, collect all nine cards in each level of the floor. These cards will spell out M-I-N-I-M-A-R-I-O.
