When you are at the screen with "Quick Start" press up, down, left,r ight, X, X, X, triangle, square. If done corectlly you should here a dinging noise then go select your team. Works 9 out of ten times.
If you go to spring training and create a player, then you want to keep his batting avg as high as possible to go to the majors. to do this look to the bottom corner of the screen when your player is at bat. the words to hit avg or to hit power are down there and show you to press the square button. if you hit avg instead of power you will get on base more and your avg will remain good.You only want to use power if you only have 1 out and you have a man on base for the sacrifice play...
When hitting the ball press up, for centerfield, down for a groung ball or line drive, left for the ball to go to leftfield, or right to hit it to right field and you'll hit it to that spot.
When choosing your pitch, choose a fastball. When you press X to move the ball around, hold down X while you place the pitch. It goes 90 to 101 mph.
Go to roster, then go to create a player. Name him Scott Murray. Go to free agent and trade Scott Murray for any player on any team. Every time he is up he will hit a 600 ft homerun!
