When it says finish him you press down, down, down, B mid range of the character.
Baraka’s Fatalities

Unlockables & Awards
Unlock Darkkaun
You can unlock Darkkaun by beating story mode. When completed, while on the character select screen, hit the right bumper and Darkkaun will appear.
Raiden's Ending
To unlock the Raiden ending, defeat Dark Kaun with Superman at the end of arcade mode.
