To unlock the hokage outfit you go to the toad at hokage mountain in front of the stairs and then you go to mount myoboko you go up the stairs and find the idems.

Secret Factors

In order to unlock a secret factor you must achieve/reach all stars within a boss battle. Once the boss is defeated and you've filled all the stars within that boss battle, a secret scene all automatically follow the final blow delivered by you.

Friendship Level

In order to increase the level/bond between Naruto and friends you must buy them off. Throughout the game you will purchase EXPENSE items like $10, 000 flowers that you give to Hinata or a $10,000 Ninja Handbook that you give to Guy Sensi. Each time you give them this items your friendship level increases by one heart. So like I said before. You have to buy your friendship.

Praying Helps

If you want to double, triple or even quadruple the items that you find. Just PRAY! Find a stone statue and investage it. Praying ups your luck, which subsequently raises the items you find throughout the game. Which is vital for the order list back in the Leaf Village.

    Naruto In Hokage Outfit

    In order to unlock Naruto as the Hokage and use him in free battle you must teleport to Mount Myoboku go upstairs to Ma and Pa's house. Investage the items on the right hand side. One of those items holds the character unlock for "Naruto Hokage Outfit".

    Killer Bee: 8 Tails Character

    In order to unlock Killer Bee as a character you must collect all 37 dolls within the game. This is done by traveling to all areas/villages with NS2. Mount Myoboku holds the Tsunade and Jiraiya dolls. Therefore you will not be able to travel there until you beat the game.
