Go to a race with 2 or more players. Make sure you have cautions turned off. When you choose a track, choose Talladega. When you're racing against your opponents on the start of the race, crash computer cars. When you get back up to speed, you'll notice that your going atleast 5 mph faster down the straightaway and turns. Once you pass your opponents, your speed will go away, so you probably won't win the race. This also works at Daytona.
Win 8 championchips on career mode.
Enter Richard Petty as your name when you create a driver.
To get new race events, win a race at the track that the event you want is at and in victory lane you will recieve a plate with a new event on it.
Select the Thunder Challenge or Lightning Challenge at the game mode screen. Complete the various challenges to get new Thunder Plates.
Use a memory card with a saved file from an EA Sports 2003 game.
Win the Daytona 400 in Quick Race with Robby Gordon
