These are the same codes from 2k11, but should work. On the main menu select the "Features" option, then go to "Codes". Enter any of these codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:
2K Sports team: Enter "2ksports" as a code to unlock the 2K Sports team.
2K Sports China team: Enter "2kchina" as a code to unlock the 2K Sports China team.
ABA ball: Enter "payrespect" as a code to unlock the ABA ball.
NBA 2K development team: Enter "nba2k" as a code to unlock the NBA 2K development team.
Visual Concepts team: Enter "vcteam" as a code to unlock the Visual Concepts team.

    My Player Skill Points Trick

    In my player you have 3 drills ok now you go to your settings and turn auto save"off". Now do the drible course kepp doing it til you get speed once you get speed save the game and do the same thing repedatly til you get speed then save after your done go to your skill points and take off the +3 speeds you just got total now you should have between 6000-10000 skill points.
