Touchdown Celebrations
Hold one of the following buttons immediately before scoring a touchdown at the risk of an unsportsman-like conduct penalty: Point upwards: Press L1 or R1. Shake football: Press L2. Hold up football: Press R2.

Perfect Players
TO get perfect players you have to go to Rosters and go to Edit Players and go to Ratings. Then put your players stats up.
Punting
When pend deep on your own 10 yard line are so and you can't make a first down, try punting the ball on 3rd down against the computer ( the computer will not change its defense). Make sure you get a good punt off and you will get a 50+ yard punt with no return.
Turn Off Bands Without Turning Crowd Off
Push start every time bands come on.
More Controls
While playing on defense make sure analog control is on. With your right analog stick up is "Jump", and down is "Dive." On offense running up is "Hurtle", and down is "Dive" (READ THIS: down is always "Dive.") When receiving up is "Jump" and down is "Dive".
Highstep
When breaking away on a touchdown run (you must be at least 10 yards away) press Triangle and your player will highstep!
Better Defense
Let the computer select your play by waiting until the offence is done selecting there play, then wait ten seconds or less.
Infinite Creation Points
Create a player, then go to "Edit Player" at the roster screen. Press Up or Down to choose the player you want to edit. Press Right to get to the speed category. Press X, then press X again.
Always Have Ball
To always have the ball, you must first put on the EAsy mode in the sttings. Turn off the penalties and go back to the game. Do an onside kick but point the arrow as far down and as far to the left as you can. Hit the (X) button quickly 3 times to make sure the kick does not go very far.
99 In Everything On Creation Points
On the main screen enter options then rosters. Go to edit player and select any player in the game it can be a create-a-player. After you select the player and go to Ratings, there you will be able to boost them up to 99 in creation points. Note:Will noot work if entered in Season or Dynasty.
Player's Names
The players in the game are modeled after real players, and the game programmers included most of their names. To hear the announcers call your players' names instead of their number, simply change the names in the options menu. Select "Roster" and then "Edit Player Information". Collegiate rosters can usually be found on a school's individual web site or go through a search engine - - enter the school name and "football" (for example, Penn State Football). Note: Not all of the names will be recognized, but enough to add some extra fun to the game.
