At the "PRESS START" screen when the game first loads, quickly use the guitar (strum) or drums (hit) to enter: Red, Yellow, Blue, Red, Red, Blue, Blue, Red, Yellow, Blue. The screen will display that all songs are unlocked, but that saving has been turned off.
