The solution to this puzzle is the amount of balls are on the table so right now there is 9 red, 1 green, 1 pink, and 1 black. So the first number is 9 that's how many red balls are on the table then the colors that are left is green (3), pink (6), and black (7). Then put the numbers of green, pink, and black to lowest to highest but 9 goes first.
