When close to some hold L1 then tap L2. It will shoot hostage with tazer or with a gun, which will kill them.
Unlock Secret House
If you go to the top of the building the ultor building you will find a secret house once get to the top you will see the house, and then purchase it.
Easy Money - Time Reset
Buy all the stores you can and use the time set noon and the time set midnight cheats. Change time from midnight to noon then back to midnight and get the money from your stash in your cribs. Do this over and over for easy money.
