Go to acrade mode at the title screen and the select third course play that until you get to the palace stage which is the last one once you get on the palace stage go all the way over to the right as far as it will let you go then cast out it is very hard to catch but you can do it with enough patience the one that I caught was 32lbs and 7ozs I had a friend then try this same spot and he also caught one that one that wheighed 31lbs 3ozs and it will give you a new lure as well good luck hope this helps.
