Cheats for SimCity 4 for PC

CheatCodes
Display Terrain Values
In order to display terrain values. Hold ctrl and press x. Type terrainquery in cheat box. Make sure query is on.
Pause 24 Hour Clock
Hold ctrl and press x. Type stopwatch in cheat box. 24 hour clock will stop. Type again to start it back up again
1,000 Simoleans
If you are short on cash press ctrl+X type "weaknesspays". It's hard to always type that so what I do is I copy the phrase and press ctrl+x and hold down the ctrl button and press the paste and then enter that way you get the simoleans faster.
Zots
Press Ctrt+X then type in Tastyzots to toggle Zots.
Display Frame Rate
Hold ctrl and press x. Type fps to display frame rate.
All God Options When You Are Mayor
When you are in the Mayor mode, you can't use all of the God Options. If you want to use them, Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift at the same time, when still holding, click on "God Options" And you will have them all.
Empty Zone Color Hidden
Hold down the 'control' and 'x' keys to bring up the cheat box. Type in ZONERIA and hit enter. If you've entered the code correctly the cheat box will close.
Change Advisors Into Liamas
Hold ctrl and press x to bring up cheat box. Type DollyLlama to change your advisors from people to Llamas.
Increase Magnification
Hold ctrl and press x to bring up cheat box. Type in sizeof tp increase magnification 1-100
Get Rid Of Power Requirements
Press ctrl + X and a box will appear. Type "fightthepower" and it will get rid of power requirements.
No Water Requirements
Press ctrl+X and type "howdryiam" after that you shouldn't require anymore water.
Change Name Of Mayor
To change the name of your Mayor, press ctr+X and type "hellomynameis" and then you should be able to change your mayors name.
Game Of Life
Press ctrl and X type "gol" and that will show you the game of life.
Get All Rewards
Press ctrl+X and type "you don't deserve it" to get all the rewards.
Set Time
Press ctrl+X and type "whattimeizit" and you can change the time.
Name Of Your City
Press ctrl+X and type "whererufrom" to give your city a name.
Hints, Tips, Tricks, Secrets, Glitches & Easter Eggs
Double Rewards
Enable the you don't deserve it code, and write down requirements for reward (hold the pointer over the picture.) Place that reward. Then, do the requirements for it. Neil Fairbanks will ask your permission to build the reward a second time in your city.
Unlimited Rewards
Enable the you don't deserve it code, then completely quit the game. The next time you play, enable that code again. You can do this as many times as desired.
Brainwashing
On the adviser screen, click the query box, then click the "X" on the bad or good messages.
Abort Obliteration
If the "Obliterate City" button under "God Mode" was accidentally clicked, anytime before the game screen starts flashing white, press [Esc]. The game will stop the obliteration sequence.
Save Money On Traffic
Building highways is a heavy hitter on your budget, and noisy as well. If you place two roads side by side and connect every segment with streets (roads have stoplights), then you should be able to get traffic moving just as fast as on highways, but much cheaper and quieter.
