The Borg are a good race to play with if you wanna have fun with the enemy on Intant action or where ever. They have special tech upgrades like the Inverson Beam (Cube & Asimilator). This enables you to basicly take the crew off the ship or in the Cube's case, trasport men onto their ship and kill their crew. The trick is to use it on an another race's construction ship. After asmilating the whole crew on the ship it is yours. transport some of your crew over to the ship to get it running again and now you can build another race's stuff along with yours!
