At the main menu, press L1, L2, L1, Circle, Square, Circle(2), L2, L1, R2. Now you will have access to a super tank with unlimited weapons and all other tanks.
Secret Level
At the main menu, press L1, L2, L1, L2, R2, R1, Square, Circle, Square(2).
Invincibility
At the main menu, press L2, L1, R2, Circle, Square, Circle(2), L1, L2, L1.

Battleboat On Third Level
On the third level of Steel Reign get to the docks and move to the edge. There you will find a battle boat that starts shooting cannon shels at you.
