You can listen to a music CD on your PlayStation when playing some games. After some games get loaded on the PlayStation, the CD will not be continue running. Open the lid, remove the game CD, and replace it with a music CD of your choice. This does not work on every game and remember to put the PlayStation game disc back in when it is going to load.
Note: This trick requires a GameShark or Pro Action Replay cartridge. Turn on the GameShark or Pro Action Replay, turn on the PlayStation, then turn off the GameShark or Pro Action Replay. The PlayStation will skip the introduction screens and go directly to the game.
After the display is running, you can create and replay your own "music video" by holding Triangle and pressing R1. A red circle will appear in the lower right corner to show it is recording. When done, hold Triangle and press L1 to play it again.
To do this you need to turn on the Playstation without any game in the tray, Then a menu will come up, choose to go to the CD player and then put in your favorite CD. Press select to see the rhythme of the song in a specific design, each button on the controller does something, then press select to get back to the CD screen.
To lisen to the music off of your favorite games, first, open the cover (like you would if you were inserting a game), insert the game but DON'T close the cover, go to CD player, and hit PLAY.
If you have a memory card and you saved something that you don't need, you can delete that file by putting the memory card in slot one and turn the system on with the lid open. It will say memory card or cd. Click memory card. You can delete stuff. Put one data onto another memory card by having both memory cards in.
