The Rub Rabbits DS

The Rub Rabbits! is the localized US version of Akachan ha Doko Kara Kuru no (rough translation to "Where do Babies Come From"), a sequel to Sega's DS launch title, Feel the Magic. The game offers similar mini-game play, but powered up with new games and modes. In all, seven modes of play are included, among them modes where you can customize your girlfriend and make a baby to your liking.
