Wait For The Caddie
To get the unlock codes in Tiger 12, you have to wait for the caddie to talk -- after he's given you the advice for the shot. Example: you're on the tee, you look at the hole, pick a club, figure your aim. And then Wait. And Wait. Maybe 20-30 seconds goes by, and he'll sometimes say something. Some of them helpful, some not so much.
Some of the things he says include "Have you checked out the other courses? ", "Have you visited the new practice facility. You can get some XP. " (although not much), something like: "I have this game at home. When I use the Balance Board, I find that it helps my golf game in real life. " . And sometimes he gives a password, saying he heard it from a buddy or one of the other caddies.
