In Rope Swing mini game swing to the very top of the tree until the timer appears. Once you past the tree stump, press A and you go about 140 to 180 with it.

Unlock Banana Blockade In Challenge Mode
Play the Banana Blockade minigame in any other mode, and it will unlock the Challenge Mode (for 2 players).
Unlock Clover Hunt In Challenge Mode
Play the Clover Hunt minigame in any other mode, and it will unlock the Challenge Mode.
Unlock Shifty Gifts In Challenge Mode
Play the Shifty Gifts minigame in any other mode, and it will unlock the Challenge Mode.
