Letter Frequencies
The tiles aren't equally spread throughout the alphabet. They're scores are also inversely related to their frequency. The following table show how many tiles of each letter are available in the game. You'll notice that vowels are more common and that the hard to use (and therefore worth more points) are less frequent.
