Contest Rules and Eligibility Requirements

Following are the official rules and eligibility requirements for CheatCodes.com contests and giveaways. These rules are part of our overall Terms of Use, and may be revised or updated at any time without prior notice.

1. No purchase is necessary to win.
2. Participants must adhere to the specific requirements of entering each contest, which may vary depending on the contest.
3. Winners will be selected at random, unless other selection criteria is established when the contest is announced.
4. Decisions of gamerID Network LLC shall be final.
5. Prizes will be awarded and/or mailed within 45 days of the end of the contest.
6. Prizes will be forfeited if the winner's full and complete mailing address is not included in their gamerID profile or provided upon request.
7. The odds of winning depend upon the number of contest entrants.
8. Neither gamerID Network LLC nor any of its sponsors or clients shall be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
9. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions will be allowed.
10. gamerID Network LLC may choose to provide the cash value of the prize in USD in lieu of the actual prize.
11. The same household may only be awarded a prize twice in any calendar year.
12. gamerID Network LLC has the right to declare all entries from a given household, email address, or Internet connection void if there is any suspicion of fraud from the same.
13. Prizes for winners under the age of 18 years will be awarded to the winner in care of his or her parent or legal guardian.
14. Contests are open to residents of the United States and Canada only.
15. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate winners will be selected.
16. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance within seven days of receipt; failure to do so upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. With acceptance of the prize, winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
17. Neither gamerID Network LLC nor its clients or sponsors are responsible for any damages or expenses that winners might incur as a result of this contest or the receipt of any prize. Winners are responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received.
18. Employees, family members, and/or affiliates of gamerID Network LLC are not eligable to win.
19. Void where prohibited by law.
